However, if you think it’s a walk in the park, let me stop you right there.

Yes, it does not need a lot of hard work, but you still have to put in the effort. The good news is, aside from working out and small dietary changes, you’ll be closer to your fitness goals. Unlike other workout programs, you have one cheat day in a week when you can give in to your culinary whims.
